Type: Natural landform and natural exposures

Description: A large, impressive, well-exposed landslip formed across the contact of the Glen Doll Dioritic Pluton and its country rocks, including the thermal aureole of the pluton.

Justification: The site combines an excellent example of a dynamic landform (landslip) with good exposures of contrasting bedrock types and their relationships.
